Borderlands 2 was on sale last Christmas (on Steam) and other gaming websites. You can find one with season's pass (only first level cap increase), all new characters unlocked (Mechromancer and Psycho), and the three campaign DLCs - at $14.99 - its the closest you can get to a GOTY version of the game. We would recommend GetGames which had cheaper Borderlands 2 copy during the last sale, as an alternative to Steam. So keep your eyes peeled for the next sale!
Aside from its already astounding gameplay, themes and visuals, a particular interest one can do with the game is to tweak its graphics and enable third person mod for a different and sometimes a more preferable gameplay of choice. Not to forget, it is possible to cheat and make better loots drop from mobs.
